8.0Wir wurden ab der ersten Minute an herzlich Empfangen. Uns wurde alles gut erklärt und jede Frage, egal wann, freundlich beantwortet. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl, der zu jeder Zeit funktionierte. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage usw. Der Room Service war sehr aufmerksam. Der Müll wurde gewechselt, Handtücher getauscht. Perfekt.
− Die Lage des Hotels lag in einer Gasse. Diese wirkte zur einen Seite hin nicht so sicher und es roch dort stark nach Urin.

8.0This was a last minute booking after our original hotel canceled our reservation the night before arrival. This wasn't our 1st choice, but it ended up working out and we were happy overall with our stay. The staff were all incredibly nice, and there were lots of eating and public transportation options nearby.
− The neighborhood between the hotel and train station was a bit concerning after dark. I'm not sure the a/c was working properly as the room was a bit warm.
