− Room had no place to unpack, no dresser and very little shelves. A/C unit was noisy

− Quite time 11 pm should be 10 pm. Breakfast, coffee and fruit bar , juice, coffee,fruit. 8am should be 7am. Should have some softer, lower profile pillows.
