− No hubo limpieza de la habitación en toda la estadía. Nos informaron que la limpieza se realiza una vez por semana . El papel higiénico y cambio de toallas tuvimos que pedirlo nosotros.
Great location- close to transport/restaurants/shops. Would definitely stay again.
9.0Location great- bus stop for #69 right across the street (takes you east/west through the city). Staff very warm and friendly. Needed a replacement blow dryer and more towels and had them immediately. Hotel was quiet- had fans for each sleeping area which was great.
− The room could use some updating- new paint, add some artwork. The shower/tub was high (difficult for my Mom to get in and out of, but she managed).

8.0Good location, away from the big tourist crowds, very close to public transport and not too touristy restaurants in Le Marais walking distance. Staff understood very well that a hotel is not ‘a bed only’ but that giving good Customer Service is equally important. Imagine explaining the Paris metro 10 times on your shift but they still did that with full enthusiasm which is all part of running a hotel business. They also helped us out when we left a bag in the room which was greatly appreciated. Merci!
− Bed and towels clean but bathroom and toilet could have been cleaner - obvious long hairs on the floor. Kitchen floor could have been cleaner as well and well as some stains on toilet wall. So easy to clean. I guess we just came from Austria which has different cleaning standards. Did not impact our stay. Would come back

Convenient but small and not so cheap but helpful staff
6.0It was central and convenient with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance
− It was a bit tired - the bathroom could have done with a refresh, mouldy grout, threadbare towels and a lack of mirrors in the right place - also quite small for the money and the hallway was pretty dingy. It did not help that I was double booked for the 3 night stay by booking.com and the manager would only refund 2 nights
