Good experience
9.0The location was wonderful
− 1) The wifi is not working in my 2nd and 3rd day and we and i complain about that but no one solve the problem 2) I try to contact the receptionist many time in different times without answer
Guest review
1.0Not clean and the RC was so rude
Great location, staff friendly, great option of having kitchenette.
9.0The location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, close to Metro. Kitchenette , with good equipment , room was large and from Floor 22 a great view. Good breakfast.
− Just felt a bit understaffed at times, particularly at breakfast. . Trying to man the desk and clear tables. We stayed 3 nights. If you wanted your room cleaned you had to request. We didn’t bother. I’m sure v environmentally friendly, but also a way to cut down on staff??!!
Good to know
