Posizione perfetta di fronte all'imbarcadero di Santa Maria Elisabetta. Piacevole il giardinetto di ingresso dove poter riposare al fresco. La camera è molto piccola ma con tutto l'essenziale.

− Servirebbe un po' di manutenzione per bagno, finestre, controsoffitto ecc...
