9.0Top customer service by reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and others we came across. Clean rooms, safe and secure, well equipped, really comfortable bed and pillows. Great value for money.

1.0− The air con was making noise for 5 minutes every half hour, the creepy thing is my room air con did not turn on at all. I stayed awake whole night and my sons had been waken up three times. Gave call to reception at midnight and told me could not do anything that can help, I had to wait till next day. But me and my family only stayed one night. So disappointed about the service.

− No access to netflix in the rooms only standard tv channels, in house restaurant was very expensive for what it was.
