Nice stay, a few quirks
10.0Trip Advisor booking page needs to be updated. It says free parking but parking fee is $15. Odd for a hotel in this location but we considered lot upkeep may not be factored into the room charge, so may actually be a savings for those without a car as the room charge was reasonable. Hotel has been updated and is comfortable and clean. The lighting in the hallways and bathroom are extremely bright, which was a bit annoying. Keshav at the front desk was very helpful during check in.
Great location, but they nickel and dime you too much
6.0Interesting hotel. Good location for NOW Arena events. But they nickel and dime you way too much. They have an empty parking lot but they still charge $15 a day to park. That’s ridiculous. I hate when you go to a full service Marriott and they try to nickel and dime you all the time. I’m an ambassador member. And they make you feel like a number and not that you’re important to them. That being said, Marilu in the M. club lounge was outstanding. Excellent service. She clearly gets it and is a real asset to the hotel.
Quick overnight trip
5.0Very nice location for attending an event at the NOW Arena. Nice newer building.
− I didn't like being charged extra for things most other hotels offer free.....breakfast, wifi, channels on the TV, and parking. Booking.com said free parking with a reservation, haha, not true. Also, there was a disconnect with messages that said they were going to the hotel. The hotel said they went to booking.com
