− I wasn’t aware of the $200 cash deposit. I’m thankful I had the cash on me because I would’ve drove 3 hours and not been able to stay. It should be more apparent ahead of time for customers that pay cash because that would’ve been disastrous otherwise

3.0− Need to have an elevator to 2nd floor!!! To many steps for older people carrying luggage. Waste of electricity, as our room was set at 61 deg when we walked in. Freezing and took long time to get warmed up!!!
