Emplacement parfait!
8.0-Emplacement parfait (une rue de Times Square) - proche des stations de métro et de nombreux restaurants -Chambre spacieuse -grande salle de bain (avec une douche et une baignoire) -Vue qui impressionne pour une première fois à New York -personnel souriant et présent h24 à la réception -plein de prises pour charger (au niveau du lit) -assez bonne isolation (on entend un peu le bruit extérieur mais New York ne s’arrête jamais) -matelas confortable et grand
− -le ménage peut être amélioré au niveau du sol -salle du petit déjeuner vraiment trop petite (environ 20 places assises) -je n’ai pas réussi à connecter mon téléphone sur la télé (pour YouTube, Netflix et Prime Vidéo) -coussins un peu dûr et épais (goût personnel)

9.0Sehr gute Lage, unmittelbar am Times Square, fantastische Aussicht vom 17. Stockwerk, schön renovierte Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Die Frühstücks-Auswahl ist limitiert und besteht aus Kaffee, Tee und süssem Gebäck. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen sind die Zimmer auch in den höheren Stockwerken allenfalls etwas zu unruhig durch die Nähe zum Times Square.
We had a fabulous stay in New York and this was due to the hotel staff, the drivers whonpicked us up from and dropped us
10.0The hotel was on Times Square where so much was happening both day and night. There was so much to see and do around our venue. Inside the hotel the staff were very helpful and accommodating making our stay feel perfect.
− I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The only minor problem was that during our stay only one of the two lifts was working but we weren’t too inconvenienced by this.

9.0Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und sauber. Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr nett. Es gab gratis Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
− Das Frühstück ist sehr klein und es hat keine warme Speisen. Die Empfangsmitarbeiter sind unfreundlich. Mein Deposit war ein Monat auf der Kreditkarte geblockt, obwohl am Empfang etwas anderes behauptet wurde. Auf meine E-Mails haben sie auch nie geantwortet.
