10.0Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, and location on the river is beautiful.
− Location is beautiful but being on the river, the homeless and shady ppl walk the river so the parking lot is fair game for thieves. Just lock your truck and it is fine. No worries. Love this hotel tho.

7.0Very friendly staff. Good laundry facility though the washer or dryer we used was dirty and transferred stuff to a couple of clothes items. I had to clean the lint filter of heavy contamination. The room itself was nice and windows could be opened to let in fresh air.
− There was an overall odor that we found ok but detracted from the experience. The breakfast offered was a joke, instant oatmeal and cheap muffins.
