10.0Top Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und hervorragender Service
− Die Zimmer mit Blick zum Jardim do Almirante Reis sind sehr laut, da auf dem öffentlichen Platz gegenüber den Bars und Kneipen nachts keine Ruhe einkehrt. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür und hat uns umgehend ein anderes Zimmer ermöglicht. Damit gab es eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat, bei einer erneuten Buchung würde ich darauf aber achten.
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage.
8.0Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand und in der Altstadt, super, wenn man geführte Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchte. Schöne ruhige Atmosphäre, Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sauber, sehr praktisch auch die kleine Küche im Zimmer.
− Greifvogel auf der Terrasse zum Vertreiben der Tauben während des Frühstücks ist ein trauriger Anblick, weil der Greifvogel in Gefangenschaft gehalten wird. Hier müsste eine andere Lösung gefunden werden. Mehr vegane Alternativen beim Frühstück (wie Sojajoghurt) wären noch toll gewesen.

10.0מיקום מצויין, מרכזי. יחס חם ואדיב של נותני השרות, נכונים לכל בקשה ונותנים מענה מהיר. חדר שיש בו כל הנדרש. מסעדה במקום ברמה גבוהה, הן בארוחות בוקר ובערב. מוסיקה חיה כל לילה. מקום שקט ושלו.
− אוכלוסית התיירים במקום מעט הומוגנית (הרוב זוגות בגילאים מבוגרים מאד), מה שמשפיע על צורת הבילוי בערב. הערה למי שמחפש בילוי אקטיבי יותר... הבריכה מעט קטנה והכניסה אליה במורד מעט בעייתית למי שמתקשה. סידור החדר אמנם יומי וסדיר- אך לא מושלם. בסה"כ קשה למצוא משהו ממש גרוע...

7.0L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. les piscines sont biens aussi. la chambre était assez spacieuse.
− Il y a plusieurs petits détails qui cumulés on fait que nous avons été un peu déçu. Nous avons fait deux nuits et à deux reprises nous n'avions pas de serviettes pour la douche. Il a fallu les redemander. 1x ça arrive mais deux fois c'est trop. De plus, la personne qui a fait la chambre a oublié les produits de nettoyage dans la salle de bain. Nous avons dû aussi retourner à la réception une fois devant la porte du garage car les cartes n'étaient pas paramétrées correctement pour ouvrir le garage et au final, seule une des deux cartes a réellement fonctionné. Ajouter à cela le fait que l'isolation des chambres est très moyenne, on entendait les autres portes se fermer et les chasses d'eau et les voisins qui branchaient leur prise. Vu le prix payé, nous sommes un peu déçu.
