Muy buen hotel. Cuando vaya a Merida me hospedaré nuevamente en Hotel Maison del Embajador.
9.0La atención de su personal, la ubicación y la alberca. Gracias porque todo estuvo muy bien.
− Les falto que me llamaran a mi celular, avisando que olvide mi identificación en la recepción, para pasar a recogerla. Ahora ya ni modo ya estoy de regreso en la CDMX, no pude recoger mi ID y me ví en graves problemas en el aeropuerto. Ya le marque a la señorita de la recepción muy amable su respuesta y muchas gracias de todas formas.

Necesita mantenimiento y mejorar la atención del personal
4.0− El techo del hotel se estaba cayendo por las lluvias y nos cambiaron de invitación a una de menor calidad que la que se pagó. Las señoritas de recepción se portaron déspotas.
