− Ants in room. Not given a different room. Told no room available, room down the hall was empty and was still empty the next morning. Friends room had ants in their room also. Did not have snack machine. Booked a handicapped room with roll in shower with queen bed. Got a double room no walk in shower and was told they had no such room. We booked on booking.com. Shower had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. Hair dryer was about to fall off the wall. Found a candy bar someone left in a drawer.

− Musty smell in rooms, linens were very old and somewhat dirty, staff hardly restocked breakfast and some condiments looked like they were a couple years old

2.0This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to!! We’ve been shown three different rooms. ALL beds have gross stains on them, ants all in one bathroom and mildew all in the ceiling. Bedding is DISGUSTING!! Refuse to refund!!!(did not book through to advisor)
