10.0Everything! Very good breakfast, 2 min walk from Aldon East station, 4 min walk to Petticoat Lane. Staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable, only downside there was no wardrobe for clothes, but we were only there 3 nights so we managed. Would definitely stay here again.
