It was the cleanliness or lack of, mattress old and uncomfortable, many things broken in the room.

2.0The staff was very pleasant during the check-in process.
− Sheets, towels and comforters had stains on them....along with the chair in the room had stains on it. I'm a Wyndham Vacation Club member and I choose this hotel because of its assoication with Wyndham. Overall, this place was a dump and not clean at least to the standards I believe Wyndham should have.

− Roach in our bathroom. Disgusting floors and the toilet was backing up and we could smell sewer. Sheets were stained so bad. Cigarette burns in the covers.
