− Higher price than similar places I have stayed. Breakfast was very sparse and no toaster. The pancake machine made thin tough pancakes. I have paid a lot less for a lot more.

Due to recent changes in our local city Ordinance, Our property is now a 100 % NON SMOKING property, meaning no smoking on site. Even though you may see a smoking room available, local laws prohibit this action. We are in the process of changing the rooms to 100% SMOKE FREE ROOMS. We apologize for any problems this may cause you. If you do smoke, you must smoke at least 30 feet away from the building in all directions. If local law enforcement stops you, you could be charged a fine between $100-$500 depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
