4.0The location. It had many restaurants to choose from.
− Custom service was horrible. I asked to use two payment methods and the receptionist was rude and said it cost them 4% extra to process the payment. I've never had an issue with other hotels. When checking out the receptionist looked at the room before returning my deposit. I felt like they wanted to find something wrong so they could keep the deposit. I wouldn't recommend staying there if you want to be treated with courtesy.
Doesn't stand up to what they advertise
4.0− Check out time was supposed to be 11:00 we were awakened at 9:15 and was told to leave. And not very nicely. They said was 'pet friendly' but undoubedly they should have a weight limit because they complained about my dog.
The pool will be closed until further notice.
