Basic but good value for money
6.0Access was easy and Checked in was easy. Nice to have a small pool
− Cleaning staff came into our room while we were asleep and continued to replace towels etc even as it woke us up. That was really scary and inappropriate given we were in the room. I do not want to wake up to people in my room

2.0The customer service capabilities of the women at the front are completely absent. They clearly don’t understand the point of hotel because after booking, they said guest we’re not allowed to have visitors for even a little bit. My sister and I tried to stand outside for a few minutes to talk, and the woman in the front went outside and stood there and stared at us the entire time completely rude. Then she proceeds to call the room after watching us and waiting for us to go back in just to tell us that my sister had to leave even though she had been there for less than 15 minutes. These rude, terribly mannered women have no business, running a hotel and clearly do not understand anything about American hospitality. The check-in process took forever because they didn’t even know what they were doing in their system, and they continued to argue with each other and so finally they were able to book us after signing three different contracts none of which had anything to do with the rules, saying visitors were not allowed. I had stayed in this hotel before for a couple days and I will never stay here again. They are completely rude and their attitude is complete trash. Do not stay here. And if I had one recommendation, it would be to keep on driving for hotels.com to remove this hotel off of their site. These people are horrible rude people. And they have no common sense for human decency or how to treat people on a social level. There is no profanity in this statement
Overall It is a good stay. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly. and we love location

− My room smelled like mold and mildew. I had to buy a bottle of Febreeze just to be in the room. The carpet was stained.
