8.0A localização é bem boa a gente fez a maioria das coisas andando e as que não é perto cê consegue facilmente de metrô ou de ônibus o quarto é um pouco diferente da foto mas continua sendo bom típico hotel italiano. Não tem como falar que é novo mas pelo menos é tudo limpo. Uma coisa que eu tava muito preocupada nos hotéis da Itália, era com o banheiro mas o banheiro desse é bom e limpo.
− O hotel tem elevador mas a gente não conseguiu usar mas nada que impedisse de subir dois lanches de escada. eu achei o hotel um pouco caro por ser um hotel bem simples mas acho que pela localização tá OK

10.0Je connais cet établissement depuis plus de 15 ans peut être même plus. Tout est super,comme avant, mais on ne voit plus personne ! plus de petits déjeuners dans le ravissant salon !
− Le grand silence dans les couloirs, et tous ces codes qui sont devenus les seuls langages utilisés. Un peu de musique en sourdine peut-être pour animer cette belle demeure !

10.0Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en Roma y nuestra estancia en Residenza Frattina ha sido excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy céntrica y con todo a mano. Para nosotros fue un gran acierto porque, después del calor y de caminar durante horas por la ciudad, podíamos volver al apartamento a descansar un rato antes de continuar con las visitas. Desde antes de nuestra llegada estuvieron muy atentos, facilitándonos toda la información necesaria para el acceso al apartamento y preocupándose en todo momento de que todo fuera bien. Además, el trato durante la estancia y a la salida fue siempre muy amable. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado y no le faltaba de nada. Sin duda, es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Roma, repetiremos encantados. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable!
