− Small pool area, breakfast could be improved as for a 5* hotel. In general it didnt feel like a 5* experience. I would say its a 4* hotel.

9.0Beautiful property. The staff were brilliant and the little details made all the difference - pillow menu, GHD hair dryer & lovely Italian toiletries. The hotel is beautiful, combining traditional Italian luxury with a modern twist. Just to flag - it is outside the main area approximately 30 min walk. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you want to be in the historic centre it may feel slightly too far

9.0The breakfast buffet was excellent. The fresh fruit and croissants were perfect. There was something for everyone. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Our son had birthday and they had even prepared a tiramisu with a candle for him. The staff thought of everthing. Thank you
