Disappointing Early Check-in experience
2.0I arrived early and asked if they had rooms available for early checkin to take a shower before having to leave for conference at noon. At 11am a room became available. The staff and then the manager said their policy is to charge $50 early check in fee before noon. It did not cost them extra to give me the room. I do not get a refund if I check out early. Despite being a Hyatt member for over 3 decades, there was no exception. Very disappointing.
