− There were quite a few elevators that were down for a few days as well as some closings on some parking garage entrances that we weren’t aware of until arrival.

8.0The gentleman who makes the omelets for breakfast is a "gem." He makes the stay wonderful.
This last day wasn’t as impressive. Our room was very dingy, not very clean and the beds were not very comfortable.
4.0Stayed in the past
− It feels like the hotel isn’t at the standard. It used to be when we’ve stayed in the past. Also, you have to drive around the corner and then go through the parking structure a while before you get to the place where you can park to get access to the hotel.

10.0A huge shoutout to April and the amazing team! I was visiting from Texas for my birthday, and April went above and beyond to make my trip even more special. She recommended a fantastic place for my birthday dinner and even helped me find a great hookah lounge to check out. She was so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Her excellent customer service truly made me feel welcome. Thank you, April, and thank you to the entire team for making my birthday experience memorable. I truly appreciate everything you did!
