− Los valores de los restaurants son un poco elevados en comparación con cualquier restaurant de categoría. El valor del bufete para el desayuno es muy elevado, especialmente si hay niños.
Overpriced Extras
7.0Beach chairs were included and the pools were very nice. There is a Publix within walking distance. Poolside drinks were strong and tasty. Bathtub was huge and a nice bonus feature. Great view. Housekeeping does a great job and the front desk/concierge was very helpful.
− Everything is expensive: $40 for an umbrella, $50 for 2 drinks, $50 each day to park, breakfast isn't included, and all this adds up quickly. Not many things within walking distance. Not many chairs in the adult pool area but nice to have an area away from all the kids. Can't acquire points or use Hilton Honors status when booking through Booking.com. (big draw back)
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice spa, pool, and well-maintained common areas. However, I was very disappointed
2.0The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely common areas, a nice spa, and a beautiful pool. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and looked great. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. My husband and I follow a healthy diet, and there were plenty of fresh and healthy options for us to choose from. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had a very positive experience there.
− The biggest disappointment was that I booked an ocean view room, but instead received a room facing another building with no ocean view at all. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. I reported the issue immediately after check-in, but the front desk could not resolve it, and customer support never followed up. I paid for an ocean view room but did not receive what I booked.

4.0Absolutely gorgeous but asked for an ocean view that I had originally booked, but then it got changed but hotel never accommodated us.
− The food was not the best… very different and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!! Not family friendly!! Also a bit too far to walk to Hollywood Boardwalk
