3.0I like the location of the hotel and not crowded.
− Cleanliness was awful dirty bathroom (hair on the toilet, they had their own body washes on the wall, they was empty) room itself was filthy, sheets, pillow cases and comforters was stained. Floor not swept good and trash behind beds from not being pulled and cleaned. Dust on headboard and WiFi was slow so was tv. Window seals broken, fridge was full of ice needs to be defrosted and fire alarm took down. Some lights work, some did not, the property served its purpose for my family to stay a couple hours. Front desk guy was rude when I checked in, didn’t say how WiFi work nor when breakfast was served nor check out was. Woke up at 8:30 got dressed and went to get breakfast and same guy was much more pleasant but told me breakfast was done at 9
