10.0Had a great time. Very friendly staff and 24hr service which was amazing. Comfortable beds and efficient stay. Local bus station at end of road which is convenient to all Berlin sites

8.0El desayuno, tener el croissant con una bebida está bien. Al lado del zoo, sitio muy recomendable, buena zona y cerca del metro y autobús para ir hacia los imprescindibles de la ciudad.
− El WiFi, nos costó mucho conectarnos. La cama supletoria y las camas no muy cómodas.

10.0A highly recommended hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. We felt welcome, and the daily coffee with a croissant was a lovely touch. The hotel is close to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. I recommend it.
