8.0The reception team on booking in were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service.
− Pillows in bedroom to soft, had uncomfortable nite. I approached staff regardging this matter in which they tried to put right , but unsuccessful.. it would be helpful if there could a be choice of soft or firm pillows available to guests if requested.
