− En del personal var på gränsen till ogästvänliga, tittade bort och sa i vissa fall ett pliktskyldigt hej. Däremot var städerskorna väldigt trevliga och en av tjejerna i receptionen.

8.0Väldigt bra frukost. Jag har specialkost och det fanns flera bra alternativ för mig.
− Det pågår vägbyggen i centrala Karlstad och det var fruktansvärt bökigt att leta parkering. Hotellet borde gjort kartor att dela ut till alternativ parkering och löst problemet till kunderna. Nu låg detta som ett surrande problem över vistelsen att parkera om bilen eller snurra parkeringsklockan.

8.0Centralt läge, tyst och bra rum, utmärkt frukostbuffé. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde bra mycket mer för oss än vad som krävdes. Vi trivdes!
