Proximity to Monash University

− It was quite noisy, you could hear people in other rooms and in the corridors.

Location, availability, the pool may have been nice but didn’t get to use it. Shower was modern, wifi.

− Beds didn’t have mattress protectors, walls were covered with dents and dirt marks, no toilet paper holder, sheets very thin, nearby neighbours playing music all night - didn’t sleep!

− Shower flooded flower as glass doesnt seal . Water ran all night in either the toilet or a pipe nearby.
