− The bedroom gets hot, the AC doesn't cool it very well even though the other room is cool

5.0Convenient location, the pool was very nice, the grounds were clean and well-maintained
− The Room needed updating. Carpet was torn and frayed in the bedroom. The cooktop in the kitchen had a chunk missing out of the corner and it was taped in place. The entire suite needed a wipe down, there were watermarks on the tables. The Refrigerator was ridiculously loud. The lady at check-in was unnecessarily rude. Claimed I hadn’t already paid when I prepaid. Never apologized for her mistake.
