Worst hotel experience I have ever had
1.0Absolutely nothing
− I waited for 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Walked up and down the hall multiple times looking for someone. Finally a house keeper came off the elevator and called someone who came out of a room on the first floor. Finally got into the room and it smelled terrible. Didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the bed much less sleeping there. The carpet was so dirty that it appeared gummy. There was a pubic hair in the sink. There was blood spattered across the ceiling above the recliner that looked as if someone may have shot themselves there. Didn’t stay. Asked for a refund and left.
Great place to stay short term or long-term. Just be aware of their pricing because it is on the high-end.

− Pricing can be a bit high for this area. You’re not in Fayetteville you’re in Springdale.

− Room had floor cleaned and chemicals burned my feet. Found roach in morning on countertop.

1.0This property is so disgusting. I didn’t even bother sleeping there because the room smelled like dead bodies.
− There is nothing good about this property. It needs to be shut down. It’s filthy.
