9.0Beds were comfy, the staff goes above and beyond. Breakfast was good.
− The shower drain was very slow. I reported it at the end because I only stayed 1 night, they put in a work order immediately, so that was good. The only other thing is that is very dark so just a change of lightbulbs in the look higher end

Breakfast was good, otherwise a very poor visit.
3.0Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.
− No room service when requested. There were no clean towels available either of the nights when we returned to the hotel. Stated that only housekeeping had access to the towels when requested, then the next time was told they did not have any more clean towels at all. Prior years were no problems, but this visit was horrible.
