− No lock on bathroom door, no shampoo, wall paper peeling, A/C leaking in bedroom, 3 towels for 4 guests, breakfast options not great, no batter for Waffles, sink clogged , TV Remote worked sometimes and stains on the bed linens. Ice machine didn't work on 4th floor.

10.0I stay at this hotel very often when visiting family. This was one of the very best experiences I had. From the staff to the cleanliness of the room? Perfect!
− I was only given one rag. As a woman? That’s unsanitary so I went and bought more at a store bc I didn’t have time to ask staff when I was out. I wanted to come back in and shower. Then rest.

The room was better than we expected, and the young lady that worked 3-11 was extremely helpful.
6.0I did not eat the breakfast, but my family did not care for it at all. Their complaint was it was cold and not many choices. We have stayed in many hotels that offer breakfast this hotel was by far the worst!
− We were told the pool would be available and it was not. However apparently after numerous complaints from other guests on our 3 day we were able to swim.
