− The pictures showed a hot tub by the pool, but it was boarded up because it broke and they didnt fix it.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, whole purpose of staying two nights was so the kids could use the pool but it was broken so that was a huge disappointment. Almost turned down the room/stay and decide to go somewhere else because of it.
