1.0I cancelled my visit. I did not stay there. I spoke with the finance manager who cancelled my visit and have still been charged $7300. This is ridiculous and robbery . I have made numerous calls to “ booking.com” and cannot get past an Ai “agent “ or voice. Booking.com is a scam. It makes nonsense for me to have to pay you over seven thousand dollars when my stay was cancelled and the rooms were probably used by someone else.

8.0Beautiful property. Not so large though. Friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping staff. They stopped by throughout our stay and asked if we needed anything. The bar area was lively with great service and drinks.
− The restaurant staff and food. Both were terrible. The staff acted very indifferent with low energy. They didn’t want to be there. The taste of the food wasn’t good.
Corporate, consistent, impersonal, unmemorable
8.0A short two-night stay. The busy lobby and greeting were a bit impersonal - for a Ritz-Carlton, I felt that a more personal, warm touch could be provided. The room was large, clean, but again I found it quite sterile in design. The hotel is not by any means bad, and the location is excellent, but it seems very corporate in nature and lacks the true luxury touches that would really make a stay stand out. Stay here, and you will get a consistent quality, but nothing that is really special compared to other luxury hotels, and Ritz-Carlton’s that I have stayed in.
