7.0The hotel itself was excellent with great location. The room was exceptional and the room was cleaned very well daily.
− I had purchased a room with Bookings including breakfast and when I went to the buffet breakfast I was told that I had to pay 20E daily. When I tried to solve the issue with Reception they were not accommodating at all. They were adamant that I didn’t have a reservation which included breakfast and made no concessions whatsoever. I couldn’t even go into the restaurant and order a la carte. I had to go outside the hotel to get breakfast as they don’t even offer the guests coffee. There is no water ir coffee maker in the rooms either. Although they provide an excellent breakfast buffet, I only eat a VERY light breakfast and didn’t see the need to pay 20E for a coffee and a croissant. breakfast. As a guest with a group of 7 other people staying in a he hotel, they could have been more accommodating to me and. much nicer than they were in their attitude.
Amazing hotel! The location is perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Buena estancia para estar cerca del la Gran Vía y el centro
8.0Este hotel está muy cerca de la Gran Vía y la Puerta del Sol por lo que la ubicación es excepcional, por otro lado las instalaciones son muy buenas, la habitación donde nos alojamos era grande y cómoda, la atención del personal es buena y pasamos dos noches tranquilas y cerca de estaciones de metro.
− Bueno lo que no nos gustó es un vale que dan para unas tapas y bebida,primero la persona que no las dio se olvidó que éramos dos personas alojadas, pero de verdad las tapas estaban muy malas y más para el hotel donde nos quedamos y tanto fue así que decidimos no comer ahí más nada o sea que no desayunamos, ni hicimos ninguna otra comida.

9.0La ubicación, el desayuno y que la habitación y las camas eran cómodas. Muy buena presión del agua. En la primer habitación que nos dieron, sentíamos un ruido y enviaron enseguida a las personas de mantenimiento a revisar. Cómo provenía del aire acondicionado, a los pocos minutos nos asignaron otra habitación.
− Contratábamos el desayuno día a día ya que dependía de si estábamos en el hotel en ese horario o no. El primer día, terminamos de desayunar y me dirigí a pagar (como he hecho otras veces que me alojé alli) pero, el segundo día, nos vinieron a cobrar a la mesa apenas habíamos empezado. No me pareció de buen gusto y, por eso, no le puse 10 en la puntuación.
