Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, weil Lage, Unterkunft und Frühstück, Sauberkeit und Service stimmen.
8.0Die Lage des Hotels ist durch die Nähe von zwei Underground Stationen und mehreren Bushaltestellen fantastisch. Außerdem sind Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück ist für diese Kategorie gut, ausreichende Auswahl und gute Qualität. Der Frühstücksraum ist, gebäudebedingt, etwas eng, aber man bekommt schnell einen Tisch, weil das Personal durchgehend abräumt und eindeckt. Die Zimmer sind auch klein (aus dem gleichen Grund), aber gut eingerichtet. In den Duschen fehlt eine Handbrause, es gibt nur einen festen Duschkopf; das wäre etwas, dass man verbessern könnte. Ansonsten ein empfehlenswertes Stadthotel.

Hôtel calme, propre et bien localisé. Petit déjeuner correct.
7.0Hôtel bien situé non loin des stations de métro de Bayswater et Queensway, l'hôtel est aussi proche de multiples restaurants. Le petit déjeuner continental est correct. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours prêt à vous aider. La chambre est propre, le lit confortable et le service fait tous les jours. Un ascenseur vous mène aux étages supérieurs sans effort. La rue est relativement calme et les bruits extérieurs sont très limités.
− Il manquait un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. J'aurais certainement pu aller le demander à la réception.
