10.0L’emplacement est parfait on peut faire énormément de visites à pieds. La chambre très confortable : peignoirs, chausson, machine nespresso avec capsules. Ma chambre donnait sur une petite rue peu passante et quoi qu’il en soit le système de double vitrage permet de ne rien entendre du tout. Petit mot d’accueil personnalisé et en français dans la chambre j’ai trouve cela très attentionné. Petit déjeuner avec de bons produits.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Intur Palacio San Martín in Madrid. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and, although it was a little small, it was clean and very well maintained. We arrived in Madrid on a day when the temperature was around 35°C, and we really appreciated that the room had already been cooled down for us. After traveling in such hot weather, it made us feel much more comfortable right away. The quality of the bedding was also exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were of very high quality. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a fantastic location, making it very easy to explore Madrid. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again!
