10.0Beautiful outside and inside. Good and plentiful items at the breakfast bar. Nice little pub in the hotel. Really nice Waterfront walk and lots of nice little cafes. Was a great place for our overnight stay. Nice quiet room. Would work great for a multiple night stay. Very close to downtown and a tram to town stops close to hotel.
− Parking a little steep even though we got a discount due to my husband appointment at OHSU. They have a floor for patients and staff at Oregon Health and Sciences University. A little tricky to get to, happy we have a Navigator in our car.

2.0It had a pool
− The elevators are broken all the time, unfriendly staff, gave me an extra charge on my room and i left it cleaner then they rented it to me. Plus they gave me a blanket stained in urine
