It was fine. The lady named Wanda at the desk was the best part! She deserves a raisef!
8.0Pleasant lady checking me in who was also very helpful. The coffee in the morning was good. It was quiet and comfortable. The microwave was very useful since I had not had any dinner and brought some food to warm up.
− Breakfast was not very enticing - walffles, sugary cereal, white bread for toast, tiny muffins, something that looked like eggs and sausage (I don't eat meat), and it just was very limited for me to find something satisfying. {The coffee on the other hand was delicious.} The outside lights were just outside of my window and were too bright so I had to close all the curtains which I do not normally like to do. I like soft evening light and morning light in my room.
Location was perfect. All shopping and restaurants were right across the road and very close to JMU. Family orientation

9.0We love the location and the room was very nice with all the amenities we were looking for. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was pretty decent.
− I’m still not sure why we had to be double charged for our pet fee. They claimed it was just a hold on our finances, even though it cleared our bank the day after we arrived.
