− Room very long distance from entrance. Wifi did nor work in room. Room small and noisy in the morning

10.0I told them it was my 40th birthday celebration and they surprised me with a very delicious chocolate from Rocky Mountain House! This sweet touch will stay with me! 💜 the staff also called me at check out because I forgot my dress in the closest. How lovely! And efficient. Location is perfect!😍

Excellent stay in heart of Banff
10.0Location was excellent. So close to all the Souvenir stores, close to restaurants, near the us transportation, and right in the heart of all the action. I loved this hotel beuase it was in the heart of downtown Banff. I would recommend thsi place to everyone.
