− The hot tub in the pool room was broken, the sauna didn’t work, there were bugs in my room, the ice machine was out of order.
Disappointing , overpriced experience.
6.0Breakfast was minimal. Didn't bother to eat on second morning. Location was adjacent to interstate highway - quite noisy.
− Room on 2nd floor. No elevator for disabled spouse. No telephone in room. Contact with front desk was through 800 number. Shortage of minimal towels, had to request more.

8.0The handicapped accessible room was close to lobby. Had appropriate facilities. Breakfast staff was very helpful Decent breakfast selection
− Room was very warm despite air conditioner. Only two towels in a room for 2 people Handicapped room had no way to turn on and off lights by bed. I THINK there was a remote for it but it didn't work if that was what it was for didn't do anything when buttons were pressed

8.0Good location. Nice lobby. Good AC, which was surprising for a MN hotel.
− The hot tub was out of commission. Sheets were never changed. I got something on one set the first night. Luckily there was another bed.
Dissapointed
8.0− Was dissapointed with the pool area, which I wish I wouldve have known prior to reserving or atleast check in that the Hot Tub jets were down (the water was murky), the sauna wasnt working and had to find towels. I kinda expected a little discount say the least. With that I probaly will not stay at that location again.
