10.0It was lovely hotel. Modern and clean and air conditioned rooms. The decor of the two rooms we had were exceptional and really big rooms with high ceilings. The room was stocked with tea coffee and water. Julia was really helpful in reception and showed us all the locations and how to catch our train to Florence and booked our taxi transfer. Julia was so professional and friendly. It’s a lovely hotel. We didn’t mind the walk to the hotel as we love waking with a baby and seeing more of Rome. It should be 5 star.
