5.0The location was great and the cleaning , room service and bar staff were great!
− When I checked in, we were not greeted right away while standing at the front desk to check in. When they finally acknowledged us; I was not told about the perks of being a member. I also didn't receive everything that other members in my teir received. Our room stayed warm, even with the air on 60 and there was no circulation in the bathroom at all. We were there for our class reunion and multiple people includimg myself seen bugs.
Business trip and fun
10.0Stayed here for a conference and some fun afterward. The hotel is not far off Canal St. and close to the French Quarter. Our stay was wonderful. The room was adequate for what we needed. The staff made our stay a 5. They offered us ponchos when it rained. They gave us bottles of water and offered an aperol spritz. They couldn't have been more accommodating for anything we needed. Definitely a great choice.

Our family Vacation at Renaissance Per Marquette
10.0This hotel is always my favorite go to when I’m in town. It’s literally close to everything and very accommodating. Also, our valet Dave was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions and helped us with any questions we had. I will say that with Dave being our first interaction that really set the tone for everyone we came in contact with after him.
