Localização.

− Viajo 3 vezes por ano a negócios para Fortaleza. Já fiquei em vários hotéis na praia de Meirelles. Quando optei pelo Bourbon, entendi que pela equiparação de preços com hotéis como Luzeiros, Mareiro, Holiday Inn, Praiano, dentre outros, o padrão seria semelhante, tanto nas acomodações, quanto no café da manhã. Me colocaram em um quarto minúsculo, que mal tinha uma escrivaninha para que eu pudesse trabalhar. O local do café da manhã aparentemente foi improvisado nas salas de eventos na cobertura. Achei a qualidade e variedade do café, bem fraco. Sobre o atendimento, quando cheguei no quarto, identifiquei a péssima acomodação, liguei na recepção e, ouvi apenas que pelo valor que tinha pago, era o melhor que o hotel tinha. Por isso reitero, o valor pago, equivale ao nível dos hotéis acima citados.. Bom, foi a primeira e última experiência neste hotel... nem sempre acertamos.

Conforto e calor humano

De tudo. Acomodação, café, funcionários. Conseguimos estacionar todos os dias, apesar do estacionamento ser rotativo e pequeno. Nos colocaram em andar alto, a 1 andar do café, isso com certeza fez a diferença. Não ouvimos nenhum barulho, o isolamento acústico é bom. O hotel fica perto de vários restaurantes na orla, perto da feirinha, localização ótima, bem badalada. Praia sem ondas, perfeita para crianças. A iluminação do quarto perfeita também.

− Gostei de tudo. Para fins de sugestão de melhorias poderiam melhorar a acessibilidade do terraço (PCDs não conseguem acessar) e o corredor de acesso também (corrimões principalmente).

A localização é ótima, próximo de tudo. Consegue ir até a feirinha a pé. Conveniência próximo, área movimentada 24 horas por dia. Seguro para turistas e o atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional.

− A estrutura é um pouco antiga, mas fomos informados que está em andamento algumas reformas. Mas, há muitos mais pontos positivos do que negativos.
