7.0Great location with easy metro access and restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable enough, but rooms very small. Great air conditioning.
− Response to issues need some work. Had water dripping through the bathroom light and had zero response to investigate over 2 days. Staff onsite were helpful but said they needed “manager” to arrange someone to look at it.

9.0I really liked the location of the hotel - super close to Gare du Nord and other public transport points making it convenient to get around. Also, there are so many restaurants and cafes close by. The staff is super nice and welcoming - check in and check out were really quick and easy.
