− This is my second and final stay at this hotel. The hotel turned off the air conditioning, claiming it was a government mandate. However, Jason, the manager, insisted that there was no such mandate and that his colleague didn’t know what he was talking about. To make matters worse, the second attendant was sending me towels that had feces on them! I’ve attached pictures as evidence. Again, Jason the manager acted as if it was all fine. Not to mention, the staff is extremely small, and there are no helpers to assist with luggage.
