− No AC but had portable fan in the room. The bathroom was a bit small and awkward due to the layout.

8.0Me gusto que esta cerca de la estacion de trenes, no tuvimos que caminar tanto y cruzar tantos canales con las maletas.
− En lo personal nuestro baño estaba afuera de la habitación es mo único que no me agrado mucho, el baño no era compartido pero si en la madrugada uno tiene que salir a hacer sus necesidades. Por otra parte vi que el baño no estaba del todo limpio.

− Very basic amenities are not there, there was no glass in the bathroom to wash mouth, no cup or glass in the room to drink water. Shower head was so weak..
Ottima posizione ma struttura deludente
6.0Il punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione: si trova vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria ed è abbastanza centrale da permettere di raggiungere comodamente a piedi le principali attrazioni di Venezia. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto alla reception, dove abbiamo trovato persone cordiali e pronte ad aiutare. Anche la pulizia della camera ci è sembrata buona. Purtroppo, però, le foto pubblicate non rispecchiano la realtà della struttura. L’hotel si presenta piuttosto fatiscente, con muri sciupati e sporchi che avrebbero bisogno di essere imbiancati, arredi datati e alcuni oggetti della camera rotti. Anche i letti sono risultati molto scomodi: materassi eccessivamente morbidi e ormai usurati, oltre a essere rumorosi a ogni movimento. Anche gli spazi comuni lasciano a desiderare: corridoi ingombrati da oggetti e carrelli che rendono difficoltoso il passaggio. Allego alcune foto per mostrare concretamente le condizioni riscontrate durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente e ci aspettavamo decisamente di più, soprattutto considerando le immagini presenti sul sito. Consiglierei questa struttura esclusivamente per la posizione, che è davvero comoda, ma non per la qualità degli ambienti e il comfort del soggiorno.
