1.0I wouldn’t know! Went to check in, desk was close and wanted me to do it over the phone after I had been driving almost 13 hours
Critters made it an uncomfortable stay as did the non draining sink.
3.0The front desk lady was nice. The hotel was in a good area good close by. The room did have a kitchenette but with the roaches I did not bring any food in the room.
− I killed several roaches in the room so food in the room was a no go! Roach was flying around very unsanitary and nasty. The bathroom sink took about 15 minutes to drain after brushing teeth so that was fun!!!

− Bed not uncomfortable, I chose a room smoke free, but I soon as I stepped in it smells like smoke a lot, found two cockroach in the restroom

− Dirty, there was mold in the bathroom no kitchen utensils or pots and pans no dishes they charged my husband’s card and my card for the exact same stay.
