Hotel Eiffel Rive Gauche—Very Good

I chose this hotel because of it’s proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the metro stops at Ecole Militaire, and Les Invalides. It was during the May heatwave and I was grateful for the A/C. The breakfasts were good, the front desk people were helpful, and I felt welcome. On one occasion I returned to the hotel after a busy day and I asked if they offered ice for guests. The front desk lady went to their kitchen and brought me a bowl of ice. I was so grateful for her kindness! The room and bed were very comfortable. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Good value, too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris.
