− Facility is old, and there is not enough power sockets, especially there is no power point near bed side. Bathroom is spacious, but old.

5.0Location and the housekeeping staff responded promptly. The room was large.
− The room had a faint musty smell. It was a challenge to figure it out: an orientation or at least have written instructions on where everything is in the room would be helpful, ie, the hair dryer was in the desk drawer and fridge was in the desk cabinet. I needed to ask the front desk how to turn on the lights & how to get drinking water. They had extensive label on the drinking water glass bottle but failed to tell you where to refill it yourself. Thankfully, the cleaning staff was helpful so I didn't have to ask the unhelpful front desk. I felt like they thought i should be grateful to them for letting me stay even though i was there 5 days. .

10.0Very impressive with the rooms and service. The rooms are very clean and especially the house keeping staff’s service is excellent. They are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely continue to stay at this location.
